Privacy policy

Our Family Hub is a private app for a single family. Sign-in is restricted to a fixed list of family members' Google accounts; nobody else can use it.

What we access.When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture, plus permission to create and edit events on your Google Calendar and to see which calendars you have. We don't read your other Google data.

How it's used.This information is used only to run the app's features for your family — for example, adding events you create in the hub to your calendar. It is stored in the app's private database and is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any other purpose.

Other services.Some features send data to services the family has chosen to connect (such as Strava) or to Google's AI services to process things like photos you upload. Only the data needed for that feature is sent.

Removing access.You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings, and ask for your data to be deleted by contacting daniel.wood.00@gmail.com.
